Fairy woods at Cadbury CastleEarth Wisdom workshop: Midsummer
Connecting with Fairies

Midsummer dusk and evening are one of the best times to spot Fairies because it is on these times that the Fairy forts open and you might actually see the Fairy folk. Even though the Fairies exists in another realm as humans, it is still possible to see them however briefly, perhaps just a magical flash. In the period of Midsummer the veil between our dimension and that of the Fairy realm is sometimes lifted for the people that truly seek to know the essence of the Fairies. They can look straight into your heart and know what your true desire is. Fairies choose to be visible or invisible and everything is possible for the Pure of Heart. This is an outdoor workshop; we will explore and contact Nature through inner exercises and by walking in her sacred landscape. Let the Fairies and Nature guide your heart to find that which is important for you in this particular stage of your life.

What will we do?
After the short introduction with tea made from a magical blend of herbs that will boost our ability to see Fairies, we will go outside. We start our pilgrimage at a nearby Fairy Tree where we will contact the Lord of Nature and the protector of all things green: Pan. We will ask for his protection against mischievous Fairies and we will contact the triple Goddess of Nature for Her blessings on our journey. Then we move on to a circle near a big pond. Here we will do healing magic with the guidance of the water Fairies. Then we're off to the "forgotten stairs" that lead to a secluded and "hidden valley" of the Fairies. It is here that we will each contact the Fairies during sunset and dusk. The rest will be a surprise, both to you and also to us because we always leave room to let the moment unfold naturally. One thing is for sure:  we will work with the theme of Healing and Abundance and we will do Fairy Magic.
To close this beautiful Fairy pilgrimage we will thank the Fairies and Nature for the messages and insights received and we will offer something made from natural ingredients to them. Fairies love honey, wine and oat cake. But an inspired poem or song will also be lovingly welcomed by them. The more time you take to prepare yourself to meet and honor them, the bigger your chances are that they will lift the veil from your eyes.
