The power of visualization

There is a lot of misunderstanding about visualization. "I can't visualize" is what many people that say to us and this is something we want to give some attention to because everyone can do it! Visualizing is one of the powers of the True Self. It may however be that you have to learn how to make use of this skill again but this is by long not as difficult as you might think. It would be a shame if you would let yourself be scared off by those elaborate books that have been written about visualization and visualization techniques. Visualization in its purest form is nothing more than using your own never ending fantasy.

Actually, visualization could also be called "fantasizing". As a child, this must have been a very normal skill and you probably fantasized for hours when you were little; daydreaming about your wishes, reflecting over your (life's)dreams and making up role-play with puppets or in real life like the classical "playing cowboy or Indian". While you were fantasizing about this you could see this very lively and clear! Not only as images and sound, but also in feelings and emotions. You really existed in that fantasy. You lived the fantasy. You were in your own "living" dream reality.

That is what visualization is all about. Creating a living dream reality with your fantasy.

But it goes beyond that; you could sometimes merge so much into this dream reality that at the moments, when you visited this dreamreality, it didn't feel like a dream reality at all but it felt like real life reality.  Your experience of this dreamreality was so strong that this reality even talked back to you. There was interaction! Some children even experienced deep friendships in this dreamreality. Friendships with living beings like people, animals, stones, fairies or other creatures of nature.  As a child, you could have elaborate conversations with the inhabitants of this dreamreality. And I can imagine very well that as a child, you could sometimes find this world more pleasant than the waking reality. Just as some adults still do, but that's a different story.

Children have this natural gift to fantasize. They visualize (fantasize in images/sound) and, as I call it, they feelualize (fantasize in feelings/emotions). And from this interaction with their dreamreality they get important information and other things they need to help them functioning in waking reality. Without profound thinking,  they build a bridge with their fantasy between the world they came from and the world in which they have been born. It is understandable they do this effortless. 

But as they get older, they are confronted more and more with rules and ideas of the "grown up" world. And most of these grown ups have, regrettably, forgotten the true meaning of fantasy. They are no longer aware of the fact that the dreamreality is a portal between the physical waking reality and the metaphysical dreamreality. The dreamreality that can be created with visualizing and feelualizing is the meeting place between heaven and earth. It is the place in your mind where you can find the connection with your True Self. It is the place where you can learn about the wisdom of your body. It is the place where you can make contact with your subconscious which is the source of memories where all your ideas and patterns come from.  It is the place where you can meet your Angel. Where you can find rest and heal your body and mind. It is the most important place you can ever go to.

And this place lies within you. It is always with you and you can always go there. Here is where you can find information and all you need for functioning well in waking reality. This is the place where you can find the answers to all the questions you have. This is where you can find the connection you are seeking for. This is where unimaginable riches are awaiting you.

You are the one that has to build a bridge between this physical world and the metaphysical world, just by creating this meeting place with your fantasy. You visualize, imagine, fantasize in images and sounds, in feelings and emotions, what this place looks like, what sounds you hear and which feeling this place gives you.  Make the images, sounds, feelings and emotions stronger and more powerful each time until this dreamreality becomes alive for you. The images become bigger and clearer, the sounds more vibrant and you can really sense the feelings and emotions in your body. This is when you have finally regained your skills of visualization and feelualization. This is when the following rounds can begin! 

Because visualization offers more possibilities to give direction to your life. Besides for gaining information, you can also use visualization to create the things you want in your waking reality. It is a misconception to think that if you want something bad enough and visualize a lot about it, that this will manifest in your life exactly as you wanted it. You will manifest something because one of the principles of creation says that "what you focus on will grow". But if this is what you really wanted, depends also on your taking into account of the other six principles of creation. Manifesting conscious creations can be very challenging, but if you wish to see yourself as a student who gets better and better by trial and error, you would put a lot less pressure on yourself and this would help you continue your journey with pleasure. Even if you stumbled or fell on your way. Because the falling doesn't matter, it's about standing up again!

• Visualization in its purest form is nothing more than using your never ending fantasy.
• Fantasy does not limit itself to only images and sounds but also contains feelings and emotions.
• You have to live your fantasy, make it as vivid as possible. This is how you create your "living" dream reality.
• Dreamreality is the meeting place between heaven and earth. The bridge between the physical and metaphysical worlds. This is where interaction can take place.
• Visualization can be used for many purposes like gaining information, creating dreams and wishes as well as for healing.
